Bailei is best known for her roles in college, including Natasha in The Three Sisters, Solinus in The Comedy of Errors, and Colleen in Mr Burns: A Post-Electric Play. 

However, Bailei has been acting for many, many years, her debut being scare acting at Insanity Point when she was just four years old! She played a variety of characters, most notably a porcelain doll, a clown, and a lost child.
